ORGANIX AWARDED IDAHO CONSERVATION INNOVATION GRANT

NEWS RELEASE MONDAY, JUNE 26, 2006

WALLA WALLA, WASHINGTON – Organix, Inc announced today that it has been selected as a grant recipient for the Idaho Conservation Innovation Grant program.  The grant which focuses on environmental issues such as air quality was awarded to Organix as a result of its proposed digested fiber management system to be located at Whitesides Dairy in Rupert Idaho.

The system, called “FibeRite,? takes fiber after anaerobic digestion from confined animal feeding operations (CAFOs) and fully contains it during a post digestion, in-vessel manufacturing process. The resulting product is a high value soil amendment that is manufactured with low environmental impact equipment and produces near-zero pollution by containing and treating runoff, leachate, emissions, particulate and odor. The process is patent pending. Organix is focusing on wide scale use of the system as anaerobic digestion increases in market acceptance as a manure management tool.
